The Technical Coordinating Committee provides recommendations to the Transportation Advisory Committee for consideration. TCC membership includes representatives from local governments, NCDOT Division 1, NCDOT Division 2, public transit providers, the Southern Albemarle Association, and the Greenville Urban Area MPO.
