Governing Documents Subcommittee
The Governing Documents Subcommittee (GDS) was re-established by the Technical Coordinating Committee and Transportation Advisory Committee on March 12, 2026, to oversee the development of an amended Memorandum of Understanding, new TCC Bylaws, new TAC Bylaws, and potential updates to other key documents. The GDS consists of six (6) total voting members from the TCC.

All meetings of the Mid-East RPO Governing Documents Subcommittee are open to the public. At each meeting, members of the public will have an opportunity to address the Subcommittee. Each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes, and each group’s representative will be limited to a maximum of five (5) total minutes.
